2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and limited technical information collected automatically.

• Enquiries: name, work email, phone number, company, job title, country, area of interest, timeline and the content of your message.
• Job applications: name, contact details, location, LinkedIn profile, experience, current role, notice period, compensation expectations, cover note and your resume/CV. See the Applicant Privacy Notice for full details.
• Business correspondence: information exchanged with us by email, phone or meetings in the course of a consulting or talent engagement.
• Technical data: page visited, referring page, approximate country (derived from network information), device type and a random first-party identifier used to distinguish visits. We do not collect full IP addresses in analytics records. See the Cookie Policy.

3. How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and provide requested information about our services.
• To assess job applications and manage recruitment and contractor engagement processes.
• To deliver, manage and invoice consulting and talent engagements.
• To operate, secure and improve the website, including understanding which pages are useful.
• To comply with legal, accounting, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your details for third-party marketing, and we do not add enquiry contacts to mailing lists without consent.

• Service providers that host our website, database, email delivery and file storage. Resume files submitted through the careers form are stored with a third-party file hosting provider so they can be reviewed by our team.
• Clients, in the case of talent engagements, where we share a candidate’s professional profile with a prospective client with the candidate’s knowledge.
• Professional advisers and authorities where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. International transfers

We operate internationally and our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

7. Retention

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to manage the business relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards. Application records are retained as described in the Applicant Privacy Notice. Website analytics records are automatically deleted after approximately 13 months. Contractual and financial records are kept for the periods required by applicable law.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections, access controls on administrative systems and restricted access to personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
