About the role
Our talent solutions depend on knowing who the good SAP Security people are and being able to engage them quickly. You will build and maintain that network, run structured screening, and coordinate interviews with clients and senior consultants.
This is specialist recruiting. You will learn enough SAP Security to hold a credible first conversation with a senior consultant.
Responsibilities
- Source SAP Security, GRC and authorization professionals for permanent and contract roles
- Run structured screening and coordinate technical interviews
- Maintain the candidate network and keep availability information current
- Manage offers, contracts and onboarding with the operations team
- Track recruiting metrics and improve the process
Requirements
- 3+ years recruiting for SAP or enterprise technology roles
- Experience with contract and freelance engagement models
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, referrals and communities
- Organized, responsive and comfortable with candidate and client communication
Nice to have
- Understanding of SAP Security roles and terminology
- Experience in a consulting or staffing firm
