About the role
Our ongoing support clients need reliable, careful people to handle daily access requests, role changes and monitoring. This role is the operational backbone of that service.
You will learn a lot quickly: several landscapes, several industries and several ways of doing things. Senior consultants are on hand for escalations and design questions.
Responsibilities
- Process user access requests and role assignments within agreed service levels
- Perform first-line authorization troubleshooting
- Run scheduled reports: dormant users, critical access, SoD conflicts
- Maintain documentation and support tickets accurately
- Assist with user access review campaigns
Requirements
- 2+ years working in SAP Security or SAP Basis with a security focus
- Understanding of the SAP authorization concept and user administration (SU01, PFCG, SUIM)
- Attention to detail and a habit of documenting what you did and why
- Good communication skills for ticket-based work with client teams
Nice to have
- SAP GRC ARM experience
- ITIL familiarity
- Exposure to S/4HANA
